Condominium Plans

A condominium cannot legally exist without a registered condominium plan. DesignWorks has dedicated Alberta Land Surveyor on board, that assists our clients with registration of Condominium Plans in the form of:

  • a strata plan, used to describe volumes of space, usually defined by reference to floors, walls and ceilings, and
  • a bare land subdivision, used to describe horizontal parcels of land by reference to surveyed boundaries.
